Ingredients

• 45ml1.5ozCognac
• 30ml1ozDry Curaçao
• 15ml0.5ozLemon Juicefreshly squeezed

Method

   Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of your glass

   Dip your glass into sugar to coat the rim

3. 3

   Add all your ingredients into the shaking tin

4. 4

   Shake for 10-12 seconds

5. 5

   Double strain into the glass
