These terms govern your use of Bar Order, a personal, non-commercial project run by Ryan Cousins. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them.

Using the site

• You must be of legal drinking age in your country (18+ in the UK) to use Bar Order.
• You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• Don’t misuse the site — no attempting to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, or scrape it at scale.

Recipes and content

Recipes, articles and imagery are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Always drink responsibly and follow safe practices when preparing drinks. Nutritional and allergen information is not guaranteed — check ingredients yourself if you have allergies.

Accounts and your data

Your saved cocktails, spirits and notes are yours; we handle them as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time.

Purchases

Where products are offered for sale, additional sale terms (pricing, delivery, returns, age verification on delivery) will apply at checkout.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
