Ingredients

• 22.5ml0.75ozGold Rum
• 22.5ml0.75ozCognac
• 22.5ml0.75ozCreme de Banane
• 22.5ml0.75ozLime Juicefreshly squeezed
• 7.5ml0.25ozRhum Agricole
• 7.5ml0.25ozDemerara Syruprich, 2:1

Method

   Add all ingredients into the shaking tin and add a small scoop of crushed ice

2. 2

   Shake for 10-15 seconds or until most of the ice is gone

3. 3

   Strain into a glass and top up with crushed ice

4. 4

   Garnish with a few sprigs of mint and a wedge of lime on the rim of the glass
