Ingredients
- 22.5mlGold Rum
- 22.5mlCognac
- 22.5mlBanana Liqueur
- 22.5mlLime juicefreshly squeezed
- 7.5mlRhum Agricole
- 7.5mlRich Demerara syrup
Make it well

Directions
1. Add all ingredients into the shaking tin and add a small scoop of crushed ice 2. Shake for 10-15 seconds or until most of the ice is gone 3. Strain into a glass and top up with crushed ice 4. Garnish with a few sprigs of mint and a wedge of lime on the rim of the glass
Taste
On the nose it's really limey and candied. You get a grassy and barrel note from the rums. On tasting it's really limey with some Jamaican funk vibes from the banana and the rums. Tropical and punchy, this one is great!

Created by bartender Matthew Belanger for an awesome cocktail bar called Donna in Brooklyn. Sadly, Covid claimed this lovely bar. So make this awesome drink in homage to an incredible bartender.
