White Russian

Ingredients

  • 60mlVodka
  • 30mlCoffee Liqueur
  • 30mlCreamsingle or double, lightly stirred not whipped

Method

    Fill a rocks glass with ice.

    Add the vodka and the coffee liqueur and give them a short stir.

    Pour the cream gently over the back of a bar spoon so it sits on top. You get the layered look for about a minute, which is long enough for anyone who wants a photo.

    Stir it in before you drink it. The layers are for looking at, the drink is for drinking, and an unstirred one is just cream on top of a Black Russian.
