Ingredients

• 45ml1.5ozGinTanglin Singapore Gin recommended
• 22.5ml0.75ozCherry LiqueurCherry Heering recommended
• 7.5ml0.25ozTriple SecLuxardo Triplum Triple Sec recommended
• 7.5ml0.25ozBénédictine
• 30ml1ozPineapple Juice
• 22.5ml0.75ozLime Juice
• 7.5ml0.25ozGrenadine
• 1 dash1 dashAngostura

Method

   Add all the ingredients to your shaking tin with ice.

   Shake hard for 10-12 seconds. There's a lot going on in this one, so give it a proper shake to bring it all together.

   Strain into a Collins or hurricane glass over fresh ice.

   Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cocktail cherry for the full Raffles presentation.
