Ingredients

• 45ml1.5ozGinPlymouth recommended
• 30ml1ozApricot LiqueurGiffard Abricot du Roussillon recommended
• 15ml0.5ozLemon Juice
• 2 dashes2 dashesPeychaud's Bitters

Method

   Add the gin, apricot liqueur, lemon juice and bitters to your shaking tin with ice.

   Shake hard for 10-12 seconds.

   Double strain into a chilled coupe.
