Moscow Mule

Built · Collins glass · Lime wedge and a mint sprig to garnish

Ingredients

• 60ml2ozVodka
• 22.5ml0.75ozLime Juicefreshly squeezed
• 120ml4ozGinger Beerspicy, not ginger ale

Method

   Fill a copper mug, or a highball if you haven't got one, with cubed ice.

   Add the vodka and lime juice.

3. 3

   Top with ginger beer and give it one gentle stir, just enough to combine. Any more and you'll knock the fizz out of it.

   Garnish with a lime wedge. A sprig of mint is optional and does more than you'd think.
