Mexican Mule

Built · Collins glass · Lime wheel and a mint sprig to garnish

Ingredients

• 60ml2ozTequilaa 100% agave blanco
• 22.5ml0.75ozLime Juicefreshly squeezed
• 120ml4ozGinger Beerspicy, not ginger ale

Method

1. 1

   Fill a Collins glass, or a copper mug if you've got one, with cubed ice.

   Add the tequila and the lime juice.

3. 3

   Top with ginger beer and give it one gentle stir. Any more and you'll flatten it.

4. 4

   Add a lime wheel and a mint sprig. Slap the mint between your palms first to wake it up.
