Ingredients

• 45ml1.5ozTequilaa 100% agave blanco
• 60ml2ozPineapple Juice
• 15ml0.5ozLime Juicefreshly squeezed

Method

   Add the tequila, pineapple juice and lime juice to your shaking tin.

   Add ice and shake hard for 10-12 seconds. Pineapple juice needs a proper shake to get any foam out of it, and the foam is most of what makes this look worth drinking.

3. 3

   Strain over fresh crushed ice in a rocks glass.

4. 4

   Add a pineapple wedge.
