Ingredients

• 45ml1.5ozRye Whiskey
• 22.5ml0.75ozSweet Vermouth
• 22.5ml0.75ozBénédictine
• 3 dashes3 dashesAbsinthe
• 3 dashes3 dashesPeychaud's Bitters
• —Cherriesthree, on a pick

Method

   Add the rye, sweet vermouth, Bénédictine, absinthe and Peychaud's to a mixing glass.

   Fill with ice and stir for 25-30 seconds.

   Strain into a chilled coupe.

4. 4

   Garnish with three cherries on a pick.
