Shaken · Collins glass · Pineapple fronds and a cocktail umbrella to garnish

Ingredients

• 30ml1ozJamaican RumSmith & Cross recommended
• 30ml1ozDark RumGosling's Black Seal recommended
• 30ml1ozPassion Fruit Syrup
• 30ml1ozLemon Juice

Method

1. 1

   Add both rums, the passion fruit syrup and lemon juice to your shaking tin with ice.

   Shake hard for 10-12 seconds.

   Strain into a hurricane glass filled with fresh ice.

4. 4

   Garnish with pineapple fronds and a cocktail umbrella if you're going all in.
