Ingredients

• 60ml2ozGold Rum
• 22.5ml0.75ozLime Juicefreshly squeezed
• 15ml0.5ozSimple Syrupsemi-rich, 1.5:1

Method

   Add all ingredients into your shaking tin and add ice

   Shake for 10-12 seconds

   Double strain into the glass

4. 4

   Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim of the glass
