Description

The Ramsbury Distillery lies in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside. The basis of the gin is their Ramsbury Single Estate vodka, which is distilled from winter wheat grown in their own fields. They redistill the spirit with nine botanicals, including classic juniper infused with the floral tones of fresh quince grown in the grounds of the distillery, with the addition of cinnamon, liquorice, almond, coriander, dried lemon peel, dried orange peel and angelica. The result is a London Dry Gin with a modern twist, complex but balanced.
