We have selected two great spirits for our perfect Bramble. Firstly, we have chosen Ramsbury Single Estate Gin for its classic london dry juniper-forward style. There are other subtle notes that take it towards the Creme de Mures though. Quince, almond and cinnamon flavours marry perfectly with the blackberry liqueur – great in a crumble too.
