1.5oz Gin (London Dry or Old Tom styles)
1oz Apricot Liqueur
0.5oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
If it’s too sour for you, add 0.25oz Simple Syrup
45ml Gin (London Dry or Old Tom styles)
30ml Apricot Liqueur
15ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters

1. Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker
2. Add ice and shake for 10-12 seconds
3. Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass
