1.5 oz Rum (aged or dark)
0.25 oz Coffee liqueur
0.25 oz Banana liqueur
1.5 oz Pineapple juice (freshly pressed)
0.75 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
0.5 oz toasted Macadamia Orgeat
1 dash Old Fashioned bitters
45ml Rum (aged or dark)
7.5ml Coffee liqueur
7.5ml Banana liqueur
45ml Pineapple Juice (freshly pressed)
22.5ml Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
15ml toasted Macadamia Orgeat
1 dash Old Fashioned bitters
1. Add all the ingredients into the shaking tin
2. Add a small scoop of crushed ice and shake for 10-12 seconds
3. Pour everything into the drinking glass
4. Top up the glass with more crushed ice, careful not to dilute too much
5. To garnish, add pineapple fronds, a wedge of pineapple or if you’re being very fancy an orchid flower.
6. Add a straw too!
