0.75oz Cognac
0.75oz Banana Liqueur
0.75oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
0.25oz Rhum Agricole
0.25oz Rich Demerara syrup
22.5ml Gold Rum
22.5ml Cognac
22.5ml Banana Liqueur
22.5ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
7.5ml Rhum Agricole
7.5ml Rich Demerara syrup
1. Add all ingredients into the shaking tin and add a small scoop of crushed ice
2. Shake for 10-15 seconds or until most of the ice is gone
3. Strain into a glass and top up with crushed ice
4. Garnish with a few sprigs of mint and a wedge of lime on the rim of the glass
